RATES
- 4 nights (extra charge for stays of 3 nights only).
- 6/7 nights (high and peak season)
-Final cleaning and linen: 50 € small app- 60 € medium app.- 70€ large app. – 85€ extralarge app
- Extra bed = 20 €/night
- Crib or baby cot = 10 €/night
- Heating = 10 €/night for small apartments and 15 €/night for medium and large apartments
- Air conditioning (where existing) = refund consumption (see general electric meter apartment) 0,60 € x Kw
- Clean kitchen-corner at departure (optional) = 20 € flat
- Pets accepted = 30 € flat rate per 1 animal, for extra cleaning
- Washing machine common = 4€ per wash (no soap/products)
- Free for children under 3 years that do not require a cot/crib and relative linens;
Price includes everything: electricity, cooking gas, water (for ordinary consumption), weekly change of linen (sheets and towels), firewood, use of leisure facilities (available seasonally and barring unforeseen circumstances or technical problems = pool, ping pong, football table,, sun loungers, deckchairs), italian VAT at 10%. Additional house cleaning possible (on prior request) = 12 €/hour
SELF CATERING. Price includes also several useful basic equipment to a “easy use” of the house and the kitchen (minimum quantities are provided, covering the first days of vacation – for the next ones, if not sufficient, the customer is required to fend for himself): coffee, sugar, salt, matches, sponges, dishwashing detergent and floors, toilet paper, soap (no shampoo, shower gel) - hair dryer (on request, when available).
