The apartment has 4 room, (80 sq.m) and is on the first floor at the front of the central building, with terrace and moorish arches. It has 4 beds with the choice of adding up to 2 extra beds (one double bedroom + one bedroom for 2 single beds or double bed (queen size) + small living room with table + kitchen + ante-bathroom with washing maschine and bathroom with shower + small covered entrance terrace with outdoor table and chairs). The flat has very large bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom, is furnished with antiques original from the family and a nice little terrace with moorish arches and “historical” writings on its wall from the beginning of the 1900 belonging to Lorenzo’s ancestors. This terrace has a nice view on the Majella and on the main garden. With washing machine inside the apartment itself. In winter is equipped with 2 wood stoves with fire-glass.
